A. Application: Used for welding the positive and negative terminals of 12V36AH-200AH car battery.

B. Operation: The battery is automatically input into the machine through photoelectric induction automatic positioning clamping, the head drops, the fixture clamps the positive and negative pole column at the same time, the positive and negative pole column is lit by fire welding. After the set welding time is over, the valve will be automatically closed and cease fire. Then the fixture is released, the head rises, and the conveyor belt works to send the battery to the next station.

C. Features: The machine is automatic, the parameters can be adjusted, it is a working position, PLC control, touch screen operation, the use of igniter ignited each burn welding, automatic switch control burn welding related valves.
